So I am curious about your suggestion — no, I saw no such direction about wiping the drive clean before installing. Is that a must? Is that in the directions with Tiger? Surely not.

No luck with QT trashing. Guess I will try to to reinstall FCP.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I do not see a folder called “receipts”. Am I confused?

Thanks — it seems to be just in this project, not others. How would I load it without the media? And if the media is corrupt, what would I do about it? Or how would I load without filters? thanks, I appreciate your help.

Tried everything listed, including trashng preferences. Still no video.
