    Finally someone thought I was funny. You must be one of the rare suffers of LCT (Low Comedy Threshold).
    AI is doing the same thing its acting as a pdf in AE.

    Export the clip/clips buy creating a new sequence extend the in and outs (handles). Export using the same settings as the original media if you haven’t done any rendering on those clips FCP will just copy data from the original file and write it to a new file.

    Well, use a vector art app. like AI. Work in PS at twice the final size. Do your design work in AE. Become a print designer.

    If you track rotation you can’t change your tracking positions as you have. A different spot on the same circle is traveling in a different vector (direction) than any other spot on that circle, even if sooner or later they move through the same points in space it happens at a different time.

    The sample clips show a chimney. The left and right sides of that object would be the best bet.

    As Lars said Blender (www.blender.org) is free and people can do great things with it (not me of course). If you have some understanding of 3D apps and you can learn on your own you can’t beat the price.
