It depends very much on the content. With full sounds with good level and atmos it gets lost and you don’t hear it. I find it most noticeable on low level audio with a very clean background. The clicks become much more pronounced.

You’ve only given frame resolutions. You’ve said nothing about the codec you’re working in or what codec “they” want for SD.

This is a fairly common problem caused by cuts being placed at points that aren’t exactly zero crossing points in the waveform. The solution is to add a short, three to four frames, 0dB fade at the beginning and end of each clip.

If your clips have assigned reel numbers when you media manage or do a batch capture of selected you should only be ingesting the selected area plus handles, but a reel number must be assigned for every clip.
