Torn Edges doesn’t have a text box at the top of its text window because you can only have the two lines of text. There is no need for a box for multiple lines of text. After rendering I can change the text in the Viewer without problem. I’m not having a problem with it.

You mean you haven’t got the extra content that comes with FCP? Without it you don’t have all the codecs you need.

Top paid is the based on numbers of sales. That combined with the price makes it the second highest grosser.
Reviews were pulled in the first week. I saw some, and I would have pulled them as well. You don’t call the people at Apple, specific named people, assholes and expect your review is going to stay there. Some were probably pulled because Apple didn’t like them. Some reviews were pulled and then put back up a few days later.

Same with AVCHD media. I’m editing it quite easily. The only thing FCP does is rewrap it into QuickTime, which it does as the material is being copied off the memory card or archive. There is no transcode if you don’t want it.

FCP does not require transcoding. As Oliver said it edits H.264 as is. You can transcode if you wish, but the application does not need it to work.
