If you mark in points on your audio and put those in the timeline. Then make a multi-clip syncing the video using in points. Presumably these match the in points on the audio. When you put that in the timeline it should match the audio, assuming it was all shot, and marked correctly.

If you need all the tracks from all the cameras in parallel then you have to put them in the timeline, then add the multiclip and make the multiclip cut just the video and not the audio.

Works for me. Maybe dependent on the capture settings being used. Without that information it’s a guess. I tried a few different ones and could build a batch list without problem.

Yes, you can only Send to STP a sequence from the browser, or a clip or clips from the timeline to either audio file or multiple clips to multitrack. You can’t send from the viewer or a clip from the browser, or the active timeline unless items are selected. Nor can you send In to Outs.

Is there something unusual about the audio file. I can’t make happen what you describe. It just launches the application and opens the type of project I called up. The app is in the usual place I presume.

Something’s not right. Are you going to STP audio file project or multitrack project? Does STP run properly when you start it up?

The FCP HD installer stopped installed it, but it was still on the disc I believe in the Extras folder and could be installed from there. It’s completely built into the FCP5 installer.

Use Title 3D, which you should have installed with FCP.
