    What version exactly of FCP are you running? What version of QT? And what version of the Mac OS?

    That works. The problem is for users, and I suspect the original questioner is one, who don’t have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.

    I’ve tested it in every version since v3, and it’s always been like that. Tried it last week with CS2 and 5.0.2 and it was the same.

    I thought you were talking about the Frame Viewer, and was scratching what little hair I have trying to figure out what the heck he’s talking about. You mean icon view. No, there is no way to switch off durations in icon view, though a darn good feature request in my opinion.

    Was the PSD file made on a PC? The layer structure will not be maintained in FCP.

    I agree with you Craig. It’s actually something I think Lisa Brennais and I talked about to some Apple folks back at NAB.

    Sequences cannot be incorporated into multiclips. You have to export and reimport as a stand-alone to make it part of the multiclip.
