    The footage arrived on a “mobile” HD to be transferred onto a “stationary” hard drive then sent back to production. So yes, the path had to change. However, even when opening the XML on the mobile drive, the issue of “unspecified path” was still there. I spoke to the Post House and they suggested I remove the .mov extension using a renamer program. Fortunately, that seemed to work, but not sure why I would have to go through the trouble of doing that.
