That is confusing two different issues.
The flickering that occurs in fine details from _vertical_ movement in interlaced media is technically called ‘twitter’.
The strobing or flickering from _horizontal_ movement is called ‘judder’.
They have different causes and fixes.

That is false.
Yes, it’s true that the bezel is typically much smaller on modern televisions than on older televisions, but some pixels are still obscured by many current televisions.

The PNG codec in a QuickTime container can give smaller files than the Animation codec for images that are not large expanses of flat color.

No, we don’t. Not for ATI cards.
CUDA drivers are for cards with CUDA hardware, which is only Nvidia cards. By installing a CUDA driver on a system without CUDA hardware, you cause problems.
