Your composition is actually that large.

If you want a smaller composition, then create a new composition at the desired size, drag the big composition into the new composition, and reposition the nested composition within the new composition to place the content that you want within the frame.

You have far too little RAM to use Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously multiprocessing.

You say that “rendering is too slow”. There are a lot of things that you can do to improve rendering speed, but the most obvious is to use a more powerful computer with more RAM.
