    Yep, but I have more info now and have somewhat isolated the problem, but now I’m not sure if it’s FCP or AJA related.

    If I click anywhere in my timeline and play forward, good to go. If I then pause and jog backwards, it’s off (sometimes). If I then go forward without clicking in the timeline (l), it’s off (usually), BUT I can always click the the timeline and play forward and it’s fine.

    Weird.

    I can work around by clicking and clicking, but not productive.

    Thanks Kevin,

    I figured it was a simple solution. Expand 601 levels worked. Why does AE not do that for HD footage?

    Hi Dave,

    First off, I watch these posts all the time and you give great advice. I wish it was just the computer monitor. I am monitoring on a Panasonic BT-LH1700W. Footage looks great until I get to AE.
