    Hi Dan,

    Was just reading your tutorial on Motionscript!

    I’ve tried your above expression but have found the icons just twirl round whilst following the nulls rotation – I need them to remain horizontal (a bit like chairs in a big wheel ride at a fair!)

    Will keep playing – but any ideas appreciated!

    Hi,

    One way to get video into C4D is to import it as an image in a material.

    Create a new material.
    In the ‘Luminance’ channel click the texture button and find your video.
    Click the button again and you can control how the video functions (how it loops etc).
    With the material highlighted click the ‘animate preview’ box in the attributes manager.
    Drop your material on to the background.

    Now when you shuttle through your timeline the video should update so you have your reference.
