I’m having the same issue and have scoured the internet until now. I’m a bit of a newbie on how to operate your fix. Could you PRETTY PLEASE break it down for me? I would humbly appreciate any help.

Sorry for the newbie question. I’m testing a single clip shot on F55 using XDCAM 4k to SxS.

I got to the Right Click>Import into FCP part… then got an error saying:

“A clip that cannot be imported into Final Cut Pro is included. There may be no codec for Final Cut Pro. Please confirm the update information of Final Cut Pro.”

I have pro-apps codecs loaded. I’m assuming I need a different special codec? Again, I’m sorry for the newbie question.
