    Ok i found it.
    Instead of using the output off my intensity card component card , i used the input. Pretty stupid.

    Ok thank you Kevin.

    So what cable exactly do i need to get for the tv(lets say a sony 4/3 tv) and to which one go’s were in the breakout cable?
    Is the quality be ok?

    Same for a SD monitor(for example SONY PVM or so)

    It for previewing DV, DV-CAM, XD-CAM footage to be more clear..

    So there is no way to do this via the intensity card?
    Because i dont have a deck and not a camera at the moment.

    I dont have a deck because they diliver most of the stuff on external discs.

    No there isnt any quality loss in any of the programes.
    Keep in mind that you have to render, every time you make an effect in premiere, with enter-key, just like in Afx.

    Do you hear the music in Afx?
    Iff so, you just open your waveform in the the timeline and then you have them.
    Otherwise maby you should convert files in different extensions, file like .wav or something.

    In after effects you have more control over how you want your slowmotion to go, with the timewarp of timedisplacement (ctrl+al+t),
    but in premiere its pretty good and easy.
