Hi Ron, This is my last try at this, then I’ll have my IT guy come in. I appreciate you trying to help. I can’t find a window like the one you’ve displayed. When I go to the File pulldown, there is no Save As option.

Remember, I’ve got this on a server. Even when I bring up Filemaker there, there’s no Save As option.

    Thoughts?

Ron, Can you tell me how I go about doing what you’ve described? We have Filemaker Pro 8.5 on a server here in the office with about five computers working from it.

How does one go about creating “an empty clone file save”? Thank you.

Thanks Wick. Our suites use the Kona 3 cards and junction boxes. Are those a good fit for M100 Suite?

Craig, thanks for the quick response. I know it’s a problem with the computer because all of the other computers in my office play QT fine. Oh and I made a mistake, this is PC that runs XP, not Vista. Any other thoughts?

Kevin, We got G-Tech on the phone. He had us hook our internet connection to the Mac, then he had us grab another internet connector from our office (another ethernet connection) and hook it to the back of the drive. Then he walked us through a boatload of diagnostic things, had us change a few and told us the computer will always recognize the drive from now on! So I’m happy!

Keith, Thanks so much. What’s a header file?

Wick, Where’ve you been? You’re a longtime M100 person. Have you been with the company the whole time, or did you leave and return?

In this thread, the camera setting is described with the gain at -3. I’ve never heard of that. When does one use a setting like that? Thanks.

  • Thanks so much Wayne. At this point it’s got just the two gigs of ram it came with. We’ll be adding more, but that’s what’s in it now.
