  • Well having a iPad next to me, the Command List on one of the screens or a print out is all the same to me.
Besides you must have the iPad first… 🙂

I think iPad as a interface multitouch Timeline?? 🙂

    Are you using ProRes?
I know for a fact that ProRes does not work well with Apple’s Pro Products!

  • Why not use the Build in Button List that comes with FInal Cut? 😉

OH MY GOD Apple implements Shake TOOLS in Motion!
That would make my day and keep me buying CS5 that I am eyeing right now! Morphing, better tracking tool, node editor, so on and on!
They can keep there Real Time Preview crap! 🙂

Final Cut Pro yeah needs a real update! I have not seen a real update since version 5! 64 Bit support, better ProRes support, fast Rendering, 3D Titles oh yeah!!!

I just hope Apple does bring out a kick ass update or it will be new App for iOS lol! Pray Pray to the editor Gods!
Apple needs to start to announce there Pro Product! But again Adobe CS5 is not as bad any who!

Could you not also use the Color Mode Over Pattern?

  • Stacking Mac Pro (compared to xserve in racks) would need allot of room. Rack Server based solution is what we are looking for.
Something like Editshare but a solution where we can use the RAIDS that we have now.

  • I don’t think KiPro is very useful as a video capture and storage solution.
We are looking for a capture solution that will also store and convert the footage to a format that Final Cut can natively handle.

I also get the magic green effect.
In my case only the imported footage turns green all elements that where made in Motion appear normal.
But it only turns green when I use the Best Render option and appears to happen only with Apple ProRes footage.

hmmm Apple own Codec does not work with Apple Motion???

The Gain is on 0-+18,+36 and is set over the EVF 0.0.
Is this considered as a value and did I miss a setting on the Camera.

After giving a good look in the EVF over the Magnified function you can see the grain. 🙁
