I made a quick example file for you, just to give you an idea. I identified the objects as to what their properties are, like collider or rigid body, just copy the tags and add them to your scene. Make sure your animation is back to the beginning before copying the tags.Here’s the file download:

The file is a crude way of doing it, you could also use the new character animation in C4D R13, if you have it, or by using expresso. Once you are happy with your garage door cloner then make it editable, then give them rigid body dynamics and at each pivot point between your door panels add a “dynamic” connector, select the hinge option. Once all your panels are setup with the connectors, add all of that to a null object, place the null at the very top of your door, then align the null with an align to spline tag, keyframe the position of the null.
