    Hi all,

I’ve got some regular particles combined with a tracer object to create lines. I am sweeping the trace using a sweep nurb and a circle spline. I’d like each tracer to have a different color in the final result, but I cannot figure out this method.

I’m assuming Multishader is the way to go, but applying it to the sweep nurbs doesn’t work. Also, yes, I have the indexed option enabled in the shader.

Here’s a quick screen of my scene.

This is not really what I am looking for. In ypur sample file the multishader is cycling through colors. I want the colors to stay once they are born. Essentially I want the linea from the screen grab above to all be different colors.
