Just drag your backgroundfile from the MEDIA GENERATORS tab or the EXPLORER tab to the videotrack below the track with your photograph.

What happens if you just create a preset instead of copying the event with the protype titler?

There are two possible solutions for this problem:
-Right click on the event with the photograph, select PROPERTIES and activate REDUCE INTERLACE FLICKER.
-Or add a tiny little bit of Gaussian blur to the events with photographs

You can apply your pan/crop preset to the first PNG file. Then copy this event, select all the other png files and PASTE ATTRIBUTES to apply the same pan/crop preset to all the other png events.

Are you talking about Vegas 9 Pro or Vegas Movie Studio 9? That make a big difference in terms of composition modes.

Two questions:
-Can you understand every thing that is said on the tape? If yes, then there is no need to make captions
-Do you think captions are valid in court if you can not hear what is said at the original tape??
