If they can’t run basic H264 files without stuttering/audio/aspect ratio issues then the problem is theirs to fix. This is some insanely basic 101 stuff here.

File – project settings – general – tick the “display the project item name and label color for all instances” box

Did you change the frame rate of the clip in Premiere by using the interpret footage options? Those changes will not come through an XML. You can change the clip frame rate manually in Resolve in the clip attributes.
