You can’t dynamic link from Premiere Pro CC because there isn’t an Encore CC.

What are you trying to export it as? If it doesn’t give you any choice then you might’ve chosen some codec that is locked to those options by its specs.

CS6 does collect R3D files correctly through the project manager.

Premiere probably doesn’t like Nikon RAW files. Try converting them to DNG, PNG or TIFF. Or do the timelapse in AE.

If it has an alpha and it shows a black background then do you actually have anything on a lower video track so it can show that below it? There are no transparency grids in Premiere.

You’d need to keyframe a color corrector effect values to do that. It could be easier to do in a proper grading program.
