Premiere doesn’t have any problems with uncompressed footage. You just need a pretty darn fast RAID for reading uncompressed stuff.

You really can’t control the viewers monitor refresh rate. If I’d be making anything for UK or Europe I’d use 25fps because nobody over here uses 29,97fps.

You can queue up stuff to encode in the background in AME if you want to continue working with Premiere.

Prores 4444 should work without any additional hassle in FCP.

One can also cut longer clips or image sequences down to the correct shots with an EDL file.

This, but the previews in Encore usually look pretty bad. Especially if you have your preview set to auto quality.
