If I remember correctly Red Giant’s Grinder wrote TOD timecode to files. They don’t have it on the website anymore so I don’t know if they’ve made another program that does that.

Or click the wrench icon under the sequence timecode and select expand all tracks. You can also see if the show clip markers- setting is on from the wrench menu.

Depends on the footage and your computer. Usually, nope.

Yep. You can import Premiere sequences into AE or copy paste from PR to AE.

Have you deleted your media or moved your media to another drive?

Most channels that have QC will probably fail your movie if you have blended or dropped frames in it. We’ve done conversions with the interpret footage or Apple’s Cinema Tools and then had a proper audio guy retime and pitch the audio.
You could make a 25fps DCP but you might stumble upon a player that doesn’t support that framerate. Especially if it’s an older one.
