Well they probably pick their compositions so they can use the lowest ISO they can and expose properly with the limitations in mind.

What are your complete computer specs? What kind of footage are you editing? What are your export settings?

I still don’t understand what kind of performance you’re expecting from a DSLR. There will be noise with EVERY camera. Either deal with it or denoise it if it bothers you.

That’s not good lighting for a dark kit lens when shooting inside.

The not-bound-by-set-specs Quicktime codecs can do up to 30000×8192. That should fit your video. The bitrate will be quite something so you’ll need a pretty beefy computer and GPU.

I’d guess that they might want that in pieces and not one huge file. The specifications should come from the client or whatever the playback system is and not trying to guess what would fit.

Well… It’s a monitor. If your GPU can deal with the larger resolution of the panel it’ll work.
