Firewire is pretty much dead and I wouldn’t bet on it working on modern OS’s. I’d say the cheapest/easiest option would be to get an I/O device and record through the S-video or the composite outs of the camera.
Nope. If I was doing something with a bunch of sequences I’d use Resolve to either edit the damn thing or transcode the sequences to something you can open in Premiere.
You could’ve replied to the other post instead of making a new thread. Now I see it. This is just my feelings on it but it could be bit more thicker and maybe it’s a bit sharp. Maybe add some blur?
It took me a lot of effort to even see the smoke from the compression artifacts. Personally I can’t make any judgment calls because I have no idea what this actually looks.
