That automatic match grade-thing rarely works, so one would do the matching manually using the tools provided.
If you have no idea what’s going on I would recommend purchasing some training courses from Ripple Training and going through that. Or hiring a professional.

I usually try to make small curves adjustments and keyframe them. It’s usually enough for small brightness changes.

I have a similar setup and it will work up to 4K. It will choke if you need to export 6K though. I tried it with 6K BRAW footage and it couldn’t do anything.

Only denoise when needed. If you need to denoise EVERYTHING I’d probably try to fix this issue by choosing a proper camera and lighting accordingly.

Based on threads I would suggest to read the manual and take some online courses for Resolve. Ripple Training has some good comprehensive and affordable Resolve training on their website.
