The resolution is 1920 x 1200……with all the research I’ve done so far everyone says its the camera, that the mirrorless work full screen. You’re the first to mention it might be the monitor. It works full screen with my video camera. The Lilliput was recommended to me by B & H Photo. I don’t need a lot of bells & whistles, focus assist, false color etc. Swift is a new name, check it out.

Yes it was…good news … promo done and in before due date.
Headache gone….I’m going to chill rest of the day.
Are things fixed….I have no idea. Will find out tomorrow on the next project adventure.
I appreciate your responding to the question, and asking questions. It’s a bit of a paradox for someone to be editing who is technically challenged.
Happy New Year and may your monitor never go all white or black…

This is a first that has happened to me, all photos are png, changed to 72 dpi… which was recommended…few videos are interviews from another promo…1920/1080 strange 24 hrs ago there was no problem….I haven’t done anything with AE no problem with photoshop…..
For now I think maybe – solved with help from my partner we tried this > file > this PC > system properties >display > scroll down to bottom > graphic settings then Universal app > select an app > clicked on Notification manager for creative cloud> clicked on add.
After adding clicked on options, clicked on High performance.
Really strange experience, for now all is working normally, I just took a Tylenol [I could really use a Valium – meant for humor] , finishing up this project.
All is well, for now……thank you for your response….creative cow has been a huge help…I am far from advanced…However if there is something that I am missing, or change I’m open Best Sz

I had the same thing happen to me about the white screen. I am not an advanced – my project five minutes, very simple. I have moved from PP CS6 to CC. I was freaked [never happened to me in CS6] glad to see that this does happen to others. I now think this happened to me, because – just in case it might be the reason for someone else…… My issues [I believe] was the photographs I was using, and format, when I changed all the photos to 72 dpi, and made them png the white did not happen. Could be fluke or this was the reason….I was able to key frame, no problem. I also turned off Display Color Management [requires GPU acceleration] I had turned it on the day before, I had a problem. . The next day white issues…..One of my thoughts that might have been the reason? I will turn it back on…see if it happens again. My husband is in IT, he checked my graphics card in my computer and said good card should handle. In my research, it was also recommended besides 72 dpi, 3840 x 2160….some were a little bigger…maybe it was change to 72 dpi….So for now all is well.
I have saved the other information recommended, just in case, happens again…photos are not on the timeline…I know this is long, but I wanted to contribute just in case………

I appreciate your impute, they were very affordable. If I had a studio I would probably not give the choice a second thought. The price was very affordable, it was one of those impulsive moves. It’s all a learning process. I probably [I usually do] come to this forum for ideas, with experienced people, than see which works for me. You have some good points. Thanks for taking the time for respond, which is why I love this forum – Best Sz

How nice of you to respond……
What is throwing me off – stereo wave file I want to replace…the original file…..Not sure if this makes sense, in some places the wave was able to be put on the preferred time line, and then not happening….I not clear what is different.
I will admit….didn’t realize there was mono and stereo….I assume where I see 2 is stereo…?
Then again Audio 1 has both original and from the separate audio file…? You made a suggestion I might try, what the heck…. Thank you for taking the time…it is appreciated….best Suzin

Thanks you for taking the time….I been working with CS 6……..I am now using cc 2019 for the first time with this project because it was started on CC …..its a very large learning curve for me. The short hadn’t been touched in 2 yrs. [old CC of 2 yrs. old] Maybe something happened as it was upgraded to the new version. I solved the problem by just bringing in the clip again. I was throw off, some with the grey stripes played visually fine, and some didn’t….?

Now I feel like I’m back in kindergarten – and I’m flunking tissue…..I have to bring in separate audio, when I do it I can’t put it on the audio timeline that I want….[starting to hate CC…..]

Thank you again for taking the time…..
