I am still on CS 6. If I go to CC which I am thinking. I am an instructor, the monthly cost is doable. If I have to stop the monthly fee, I know all upgrades will stop. But will I be able to still use whatever level I have at that time? I want to be clear on all my options. Pro and con….Adobe said I will not have access at all….then I am talking to India and they may have to say that. At the school, they stopped paying 2018, all the students have access to CC still….Any input would be appreciated. Suzin

If you stop paying you can’t use the software.

There is a certain callback time and at least in bigger licenses it’s around three months instead of the one month. So it might be that or then they are using some illegal version.

However, at any time you can reinstate the license, simply by paying again. Month-by-month or for longer stretches. This will make the software active again. Or look at other NLEs.
