You have dropped the plugin on the Preview Window. Look
on top of the preview window for the Video Output FX icon
and click on it. You will then see the plugin and you can

At the left corner of your timeline, you will see several icons.
click on Track Motion and a window will pop up, just click and drag
on the corners to resize your superimposed video and move it anywhere

Try installing the 32bit version of Vegas 10, then see

I used DVD Decrypter, which then makes it an IFO file, or a VOB….
That explains why your previews are choppy.You said you have permission? then use Vegas
to rip the DVD instead, things would be much easier for you.Steve Rhoden
