As mike said, this cant be done in Vegas. CD Architect is
specifically geared for that. Other from that, Vegas burns
basic audio CD exceptionally well.

recommend when rendering for final output for the web, is this free
plugin from Vegasaur called Video4YouTube…

Rename the containing folder or even the video clips if they are
not too much, and move it to another location.
Then open your Vegas project and then relink them when Vegas
prompts you to do so….

What!
Sorry to hear that…and i know you probably have tried everything
i would recommend.
Im just wondering if you have any other software installed that
is causing Vegas to behave this way.
Would you believe i dont use Vegas 10? Have it, but don’t use it.
I still work in Vegas 9.0e

I too loved Waves plugin some time back, but problems like
what you are having including several others, with no solution
in sight….I simply put it aside and invested in the entire line
of Izotope, Now i have no regrets, issues or hiccups whatsoever.
They are simply awesome.

First, Update your version of Vegas to 9.0e, its free.
For all my renders geared for online viewing/streaming,
i use Video4YouTube, a free plugin from Vegasaur.
