Yeah, last time i checked i noticed this and other issues in
the new render dialogue window…Have to customize more now.

No BCC doesnt directly have a vignette filter.
But whats the hurt having them both available in Vegas,

Its because you are rendering it out probably uncompressed.
Firstly, what are gonna do with the video when done?
MPEG-2…WMV…Quicktime…MPEG-4 are all formats you can render
out to that gives smaller file sizes with great quality, but

Ive never had that problem and frankly those waiting times you are
getting are definitely not normal…Clean up your system and defrag
your drives. Use the task manager and see if anything un-necessary
is running in the background also.
