Your source material is what is causing you all this stress.
How and what did you use to capture your video? I am assuming this is

Sometimes it can be a faulty connection, like with your usb or other connections.

You can easily do this with light leaks/lens flares overlays etc. Do a search on the topic.

Its probably an issue caused by your graphics/video card also….

Are you using any kind of audio plugin (eg: Izotope, Waves etc) in your final edit?…. Audio plugins can also
cause these inconsistencies in your audio, especially applying them directly to an audio event on the timeline.

Are these clips on an external device?
Also, have you moved or rename the folder or path they are located in?
