That’s a video card issue. And probably it was recently automatically updated…. Is that an NVIDIA card?

Seems there is an issue with having both Vegas 13 and Vegas 14 installed together on the same system!

Well both are great programs, and both have there downsides…. I’ve used them all, but Vegas has a very
familiar feel, and for that i choose to stick with it, it has shortcomings yes, but i offset that with external plugins
and scripts. Plus now 80% of the plugins market are now compatible with Vegas, so nothing really is no longer a problem!Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Seems your NVIDIA card driver may have been updated. Try rolling back the driver to the previous version

Not really, there are other solutions yes, but when all is said and done,
your rendered output will still look great…. you are comfortable with that workflow,
