I gave up on Vegas GPU integration long ago. I have better performance and a stress free workflow
leaving everything GPU out of my edits and turning it off in Vegas completely, Leaving all focus to
CPU Processing and the betterment of such.Sorry i couldn’t help the way you intended!

Recombine the segments and render out in another format apart from mov.
This has long been a Vegas issue in the past for some users.
However you wont have these limitations if you upgrade to Vegas Pro.Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Nothing wrong with Twixtor, its features or its implementation in Vegas.
You need to watch a few online twixtor tutorials to get a further feel how best it works
and how to get good results. The tutorials doesn’t necessarily have to be about using it in
Vegas, because the features and functionality is basically the same across all hosts.By the way, why are you “Holding ctrl and extend the clip, etc” then applying Twixtor?
That’s not the proper workflow, there is no need to do that, and that is definitely not gonna
get you any good result….. As i said, watch some tutorials and follow along!Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Which version of Twixtor is it? and check if its GPU related by turning off and on the GPU option in Twixtor.
If old version, try updating to the most current version, Revisionfx do regular updates and improvements

Double check on your system’s Video/GPU Card settings.
