What do you mean by “filters?”

Hidden by default on your audio track or the audio bus track!Or try re-installing the two.

Make sure no hidden filters are there laying on your audio track in Vegas,

Try re-installing the software (you wont loose any of your settings).

You can easily use the masking feature in Vegas to achieve this.

That probably is just the default resolution set on youtube, there is
a small gear icon at the bottom of each video on youtube for selecting

And if you place a very small png image of the same name beside it, the icon

I assume you captured this via a game recording device?
If so, these game capture devices don’t capture video content that
is edit friendly at all, And will pose the same issue you are now
