    Yes i don’t have an HD barco to monitor…. the strange thin i do output from the same stuff for Theater and the image looks just fine… its only on TV where i have the blacks getting chopped down :S

    hello, the broadcast safe in color is enabled….(see atatched image) the exported video from FCP looks the same as the footage in my timeline (coming from color)… i suspect my Barco may not be calibrated right, but i’m unsure on how to do that correctly….

    and the results look fin in FCP…it’s once it’s shown on the TV channel that it looks too dark….

    i did try to use particular but was not satisfied with the results….
    i guess i’ll have to animate all my 180 layers by hand :/ what a pain…

    anyway maybe i’ll try out a shatter, lets see how that works out…

    Hi there,
    i don’t know if this is of any help, but i had to do vomit once for a cartoon series. I had to do it in After FX, so i used Mr. Mercury which is a plugin used to simulate some kind of fluids. more metaball looking like. If you fiddle around with it you can get some decent result. Try playing with speed and gravity stuff and maybe use this as a mask/displace for your video.
