Ewan, you can’t say anything positive about FCPX don’t you know it is pretty much useless, Professional Editors as well as novice editors have declared it so, they can’t all be wrong can they?

I’m finding stability under Lion to be a problem, more unexplained crashes. When I revert to SL I get far fewer crashes and I’m sure speed is a little better.

The moving of folders at Finder level is a clunky workaround, but it works!

Hopefully Apple will give us more control within FCPX about which projects are visible in an update

I’m hoping there’s a minor bug fix release in a couple of weeks, they must have had streams of crash data since FCPX was launched.

Agreed the scale is different, but the principle was the same.

I do think Adobe did it with much larger ambitions in mind, I’m not sure what, if any, ambitions Apple have for FCPX.
