An uncompressed BMP (converted to jpeg) looks fine. I’ve added that to the table. Also added a capture from an FLV. I’ll play it out to a TV later tonight. Unfortunately, this video is strictly for the web, so TV output doesn’t really matter.

Hmmm…what may even be a better solution is to purchase a Blackmagic Decklink card.

Yep..unfortunately though, this seems to be the only forum on CC that deals with broadcast level equipment…so I thought I would get an answer here. Apparently not. Oh well, guess I’ll have to hunt down the engineer who helped me with this problem last time.
Are there any other forums online where broadcast engineers might hang out?

After reading this, I went pack and took another look. If you focus intently on one of the logos as it travels across, there is no jumpiness. So it’s just a perception thing related to the speed/framerate.
