Motion is not a 3D application like Maya. You can buy a plugin made by Zaxwerks if you want true 3D. Hope this helps.

That’s funny that you bring up “Reversing motion”. I saw a “What Not To Wear” episode and there was a water fountain in the background of the person in their new outfit and the water was moving in reverse. Reversing Motion works wonders in the right situation, I just thought that that was funny.

If you want an image/text to follow something in a clip you shot you want to use Motion, it has a Motion Tracking feature that rocks.

Great advice Frank.
If you drag the icon off of your dock it will explode aka delete itself, it can happen by accident every once in a while. If you upset I find exploding your icons can be quite relaxing.
