I think iStockphoto has the best selection but not the best price. It really depends on what you are looking for. What type of stock footage are you looking for?

If you want to keyframe the actual shape you need to create a control point keyframe. This can be done by hitting F4 and clicking on the geometry tab. Then create a Control Points keyframe. If you want to move the position then create a position keyframe. Hope this helps.

If you want the RGB value click on the color which will open a color pop up menu. If you can’t see the color slider icon click on the button on the top right corner. Choose the Color Slider Icon and make sure it is set to RGB Sliders. There you can enter the RGB Value. You can change / animate the color by creating a Fill Color Key Frame. Hope this helps.
