Thanks. Thought it must be something simple.

I think one thing that is being forgotten here is that, because of a lack of color wheels in Resolve, it will be harder to simulate the proper Resolve experience without a hardware controller, and how many new budding colorists with their Resolve-lite will have those?

I am not doing any proper grading, just using it to get my head around the interface. I think on that basis I should probably go for the GT 120.
    Many thanks.

    So that’s a no then.
What would be a cheap way to get this running for me to get up to speed before I get into the driving seat? Is there a cheap Nvidia card I can get?

    Thanks.

Yes I can right click elsewhere just not on that window. I am new to Davinci, coming from Color so I’m just trying to feel my way round at the moment.
Maybe it will all become clear that I’m doing something very obvious that’s wrong.

  • You haven’t got the URL for this workaround have you? i can’t seem to find it online.
    Thanks.

  • I didn’t realise it would even work without an Nvidia graphics card. Hasn’t the new MBP got an Intel one in?

Sorry, I am on version 7. I have sort of got it to work just from playing around but it feels a bit random. I changed speed to 50%, then added curves to start and end, then adjusted the bezier curves. It all just feels a bit long winded. Is there a better way than what I have done here?
