The thing is, you can’t copy and paste with i/o. (but you CAN delete).
Copy and pasting is done by selection, so select (drag) your segment, copy and paste…Stefan Kamp, FCP,Ppro,MC,Lightworks

It’s done by COMMAND-X(cut), or C (copy), and (SHIFT)+COMMAND-V (paste or paste insert).

can’t remember exactly how PPr handles these options, but I think you should get along by choosing

Had some good experiences (Mac), just be sure your hardware can handle it, Ppro should not be an issue, AE might be in some cases.do some testing with mixed footage.

By default, Pp creates sequences with stereotracks first, and then mono.
Probably you are trying to edit monosound in a stereo-track.
Won’t go.
