thanks! however, the height value is a -100.

i tried s,-s but then the width ended up at -100.

probably something wrong with my math but thanks for getting both my scale parameters to 100.

you could try duplicating the layer, then working in the top layer, just mask the part of the footage you want to adjust.

The actors weren’t wearing green clothes but instead performing in front of a green screen. Then after being keyed, they actors, as well as the objects, were then replaced with solid colors. That coupled with creating some of the elements manually such as the door and the outside of the building.
