    thanks, but that didn’t fix it.

    simple case of RTFM.

    i was trying to use it on a .dv clip, and it only works on QT.

    live and learn.

    I think I have figured it out.

    I’m not sure why, but it seems that the “.tif” extension is causing it to crop and stretch the image. If I batch them through PhotoShop and change them to “.tiff” they go into Motion as expected.

    a little buggy if you ask me.
