    Thanks for the tip Edward, will have a play around. last problem i have now, is that the video sections were shot in wide screen, and i have placed text over the top and bottom black bars in some sections, i can’t see any way i can fix that without some heavy work on the the actual video sections, will see what i can do.

    Thanks a lot guys, was lookin like an all nighter, i just may get a decent nights sleep now 🙂

    Thanks Mike. That makes sense. Apart from redoing the graphics (which there are a lot of unfortunately)…Obviously i could resize them in photoshop, would it be an option to use the pan/crop as an easier alternative to get the same result?

    Thanks for the tips guys, much appreciated.
    Don, your tip helped greatly, different way as to how i thought it would be done, but achieved the exact effect i was looking for.
    Mike, i basically had a soundtrack split into 3. Section 1 & 3 to be full volume, but the middle section to start at full volume, but to quickly “fade” down to half volume, and then fade back upto full volume for the start of section 3….hope that made sense!
