Thanks, James. The weird thing is that CC does have beziers that you apply to effects – for example, you can bezier select a color correction or a blur, but…..you can’t composite with bezier it seems. Sometimes I wonder if these sorts of things are political moves – to make people still rely on After Effects. it just makes no sense.

Thanks James. I think you may have misunderstood my question. I know you can copy and paste effects from clip to clip, but what about from track to track? I’m interested in copying an audio effect applied to one entire track and pasting it to another track (in the audio track mixer – not audio clip mixer).

Wow, Trevor! You were right! It was the source settings. I had to remove the color transformation to fix the gamma issue and weirdly had to change the playback frame rate from “Clip’s FPS (25.00) to “Project’s FPS (25.00)”.

Thanks. That’s what I thought I was doing…and it wasn’t working, but now it seems to be. Not sure what was preventing it…I had the tracks selected as you mentioned.
