    Hi,

I am having problems fitting Resolve’s interface on a new Macbook Pro 15 inch retina. Resolve fit fine on my 17 inch 2011 (and basically ran ok) but the program’s UI is too big for the 15 inch. I have googled this and found a youtube tutorial that advised on how to change the UI of Resolve with the Terminal, but I am very nervous about using terminal commands -Because A. I don’t know how terminal works and wouldn’t know how to reverse any damage that may be caused and B. It seems foolish to trust commands I read off youtube. There must be thousands of others out there in the same boat. How are you working with Resolve on the new generation of macbook pro?

Please open the Display Settings in the System Preferences. Chose scaled as the option and click on the icon “More Space” all the way to the right.
After that, on the next restart of resolve you will be asked to change the interface to fit the new resolution.

    Hope this helps.
