Thank you; Jeremy. You are a well of wisdom as usual.
Unfortunately, it is what I thought, which means FCPX does not allow to specify optimised format – which, part’n my French – sucks.
It goes on my “still iMovie on Steroids” List, which are things still to be optimised in this NLE to grow into the Pro Shoes.
Basically it means, I wanna edit with 444 or HQ material I have to convert that in Compressor and then just import the file into X via copy to Event Folder without Optimising the File.

Did you check the read & write permission on your disk and the folder you imported the pics from?

I’m having FCPX 10.0.9 and resolve 10.
Since I cannot upgrade at this point in time, I wonder,
How did you manage to consolidate/flatten a Multicam TL in X?

I was aware of that one, but that is default same for every clip then. Choosing individual per clip was more important.

Thanx. Will check it immediately.
I knew, it was there, also that I did read it once in the manual.
When I tried to find it again, over the search field in the PDF,
Nothing came up. Also my search with related keywords on the net didn’t bring any result.

The 60fps is only on the un altered still, as soon as there is a CC or effect on them the Inspector says 25fps.

2215*3286 pixels and 60fps and JPEG.

I have now 10.0.9 FCPX running and DaVinci 10 and still get the invalid argument.
Any idea why?
