    Danny, thanks again.
Do you happen to know what “Upper field first” and “lower field first” suppose to mean??
They’re the options that I get below the Progressive Scan!

    Hi Edward, thanks for help.
Probably using the “Match Media Setting” is a good option for me.

But one more thing. When I open the File-Properties there is no “?” tab in the window. I can’t click on “?” while the Properties window are opened!!

Is there a different path to this??

Sometimes, however, I get error while burning..!

If you guys have any suggestions let me know…

    Thanks folks!

The only way I can see my .m2t files is when I’m editing in Sony Vegas 7!!

Some of the folks said that I can burn my .m2t videos to Blue-Ray directly from Sony Vegas!
Will Vegas let me custemize the menu the same way DVD Archetict 4 will let me??

I’m just saying that because I think DVD arch is a great program for creating Menues!

    Thanks Ralph, again!

In this case I have to buy HD-DVDs and HD-DVD player!! this will cost a lil..!

But I’ll try somehow! I hope it’ll work!

    One more question actually:
you said that I have to have a computer setup for playing .m2t videos. What do I have to do to make it setup for that?

    Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

    Thanks for responding, Ralph!
Well, I’ve already recorded in HD 1080i! I want to render my edited files as HD format as well!

All what I’ve been doing till now is rendering my HD (.m2t)files to Type: MainConcept MPEG 2 Template: DVD NTSC. The rendered files come out ok! They work on a DVD! But they definitely lost much of its quality!

I was hoping to still get an HD quality after rendering! (Video files size doesn’t matter to me at this point)

I tried to render the HD files (.m2t)with type MainConcept MPEG 2 Template: HD 1080-60i! but I couldn’t play the rendered files on my computer!!

(is there a specific kind of video player that would play my rendered files which are in .m2t format as well ??)

    Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Thanks Ralph. That helped. I didn’t know that before! but they’re telling me that I have to buy the AC-3 encoder in order to complete!! (maybe I should that!)

Another question if you don’t mind:

I’m editing in .m2t video format (It’s HD 1080i), so what do you think is the best format I should save my finished video as?? I want the best quality possible!

I render as MainConcept MPEG 2 Template: HDV 1080-60i. the file came up big but I couldn’t play-back it.

what other good options do I have??

I would really appreciate it if anybody can help me with this!!

.wmv format is an audio format. So, it’ll convert it to audio file when you render it as .wmv!

but when you rendered it as mp4 you hear only sound if you play it in real one. Try different media player.

I would suggest that you render it as mainConcept MPEG 2

    hope that will help!!
