From the cameras you listed the 650D and the GH2 are great, with the GH2 being slightly ahead in terms of video quality in my opinion. If you can swing it, the GH3 should be your best bet.
On the other hand, I suggest you also look at the FS100, even though it might be out of your budget.

Edit in premiere and finish in AE. Simple. Do the splits in AE.

If you enjoy shooting with the EX1, I suggest you earn a little more and trade up to a C100, which will give you the best of both worlds. A 5D Mark III isn’t that big a jump from the Mark II.
Otherwise, why not just keep both?

It is a good mic. I bought a Sennheiser ME66 because that was the ‘industry standard’ back in 2008 (maybe it still is), and I didn’t know anything about mics back then.
Today, I know that you have to test out the mics on your own and buy the one that matches your ‘vision’. It’s just like music, tastes vary.

It looks like a stuck pixel. Try the sensor cleaning mechanism in camera a few times. If it still persists, you’ll want to take it in for inspection.
