I think IMSourcing is a company, a distributor of IT hardware. Any hardware can be “IMSourced”, which basically means a product not shipped by the original manufacturer via conventional distribution channels. In simple-speak, you don’t get the warranty, but you might get a warranty from IMSourcing.

I’ve used AMC 7 on an iMac 2013 and there are no compatibility issues.

25k? No way! It takes out Arriraw but adds a tougher body.

On the other hand, if the Sony F55 is its target…

Also think of the ramifications to the rest of the industry…it’d be like Leica quartered the prices on their cameras!

You can upscale it yourself. There is no advantage to it though, and the highest I would go is 720p not 1080p.

Rent a 1/2″ broadcast camera, or even a 2/3″.

Second option: tilt-shift lens.

The Sony FS100 should be good, even an EA50. Actually why not look at the GH3 – it would be perfect and still be way cheaper than your budget.
